We provide services (the “Services”) through our mobile application (the “App”), website (the “Website”), and via other channels i.e. e-mail. These services may include, but are not limited to productivity tools/apps, educational apps and/or services, customer support, educational content.

If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parent or guardian must inform themselves with these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies or Cookie Policies before providing consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without appropriate consent.

Our services are intended for users aged 14 and older. By using our website, mobile app, or related services, you confirm that you are at least 14 years old.

Access to our Services may vary depending on the platform used, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

We do our best to provide good quality services, however, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our mobile app, or any related services. You agree to use the services at your own risk and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the services, and we do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We welcome your feedback and suggestions. We may collect your feedback in App or via other channels to improve our products and services and make them better for users. Please note that by submitting any feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you agree that we may use them in any form and for any purpose, without any obligation to you. By providing feedback, you: (i) transfer all rights, ownership, and interest in that feedback to the Service Provider.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update Terms and Conditions to reflect any changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy here or within the App. Please review this page periodically. Changes to these Terms and Conditions are effective immediately when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such time will constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

We collect the following types of personal data:
– User Data: Name, email address, contact information, occupational status
– Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our App, including device information, usage statistics, and app interactions, app performance, features used, error reporting
– Sensitive Data: Voice recordings or other personal content you provide within the App. (Voice recordings or other personal content is saved locally on your device, and only you have access to such personally created content)

Our App does not collect personal information or track you across other apps or websites. We automatically collect anonymous Usage Data from the App usage to improve our service.

We collect only the minimum amount of personal data necessary to provide our services and will inform you if we need additional data for specific purposes.

3. Purposes of Data Collection

We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

– To Provide and Improve Our Services: To deliver the App’s functionality and to improve user experience based on usage patterns, to provide access to Beta version of our App, to provide an account for our services
– User Support: To respond to your queries, troubleshoot, and provide customer support, including supporting users with disabilities and via any of the contact channels including contact forms on our Website. To collect feedback from users.
– Legal Compliance: To fulfill legal obligations such as responding to requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
– Marketing: With your consent, we may send you information about updates, new features, and other marketing materials or keep you subscribed to our newsletter.
– Sales: Manage customer orders of our Services  

We ask you not to disclose any additional and unnecessary personal data when interacting with our Services.

7. Special Considerations for Minors

Given that our services target certain young audiences we have additional measures in place. Parental or guardian consent is required under the age of 18. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child under 18 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

Given the inherent risks, we cannot guarantee absolute security and consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.

Audio recording data and your user content is stored locally in the App on your personal device. You may delete your own local data by reinstalling the App.

9. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share your personal data with trusted third parties for the following purposes:

– Service Providers: We may use third-party vendors to host the App, process payments, or provide customer support. These third parties are required to protect your data in line with this Privacy Policy.
– Legal and Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose your data if required by law for the following: (1) to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order or other legal process; (2) to enforce your agreements with us, including this Privacy Policy; or (3) to respond to claims that your use of the Service violates any third-party rights.
– Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business assets, your personal data may be transferred to the new owner.

We require such third party’s to use the personal information we transfer to them only for the purpose for which it was transferred and not to retain it for longer than is required for fulfilling the said purpose.

We use Mixpanel to analyze user interactions within our app and website to better understand usage patterns and improve our services. Mixpanel uses cookies and similar technologies to track events, such as button clicks, feature usage, and session duration. The data collected is anonymized and does not identify individual users. You can not opt out of Mixpanel analytics as it is a prerequisite condition for using our service as described in Terms and Conditions.

Our Services may include links to external websites that are not managed by us. If you choose to visit these third-party sites, please note that we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. For example, when you click on links within our services you may be redirected or may view other websited via a web-view. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy apply only to services owned by us, so if you click on a link to another website, you should read and accept/reject or evaluate their terms and policies as well. It is your obligation to find the right policy and assess whether you agree before using other websites and services.
